Behind every strong parent is someone who’s exhausted, anxious, and quietly asking: ‘Who supports me?

If you’re here, it’s probably because raising your child has brought more than love—it’s brought worry, exhaustion, and questions you don’t always have answers for.

  • You might lie awake at night, replaying “what if” scenarios about your child’s future.
  • You might feel guilt that you’re not doing enough—or shame for needing a break.
  • You might feel isolated, because most people in your circle can’t fully understand the weight you carry.
  • You might feel anxious every time a new behavior, symptom, or challenge shows up, wondering how you’ll handle it.
  • And sometimes, you might feel like you’ve lost yourself in the process of caring for everyone els

I know these feelings, because I’ve lived them. When my own son’s medical crisis turned our world upside down, I felt the same fear, grief, and exhaustion you may be feeling right now.

That’s why I created this free online parent support group. It’s a safe space where parents like us can:

  • Speak honestly about the hard days (without judgment)
  • Learn small, practical tools to calm the spiral of worry
  • Hear from others walking the same road so you don’t feel so alone
  • Leave with a lighter heart and a bit more strength for tomorrow

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a place where it’s okay to feel what you feel, and a reminder that you’re not walking this journey by yourself.
